How long is the shipment handling time?

Maximum 7 working days. However, we usually ship out the order within 3 working days.

How do i claim warranty?

Kindly email us at online@tapower.com.my first before shipping anything back to us, so that we can provide you with complete return instructions.

Can I self-pickup?

Yes, you can self-pickup before we shipped out your products. Please inform us at online@tapower.com.my together with the order number before you come to pick up.

Q4.

Can i cancel my order?

Yes However, cancellation is only applicable if the order has not been shipped out. Kindly drop us an email to us at online@tapower.com.my or call us at 03-97716906 for order cancellation request. We will refund to you in full amount after the order is cancelled.

Q5.

Do you ship outside of Malaysia?

No, currently we only ship within Malaysia. (East Malaysia only)

What are the courier services option?

Our courier service option are Gdex and Poslaju.
